2:00 pm. Join us on this easy walk to explore this hidden treasure of Short Beach, featuring rugged rock outcroppings, tall oaks, beeches, mountain laurel, wetlands, and a magnificent bluff offering a spectacular view of Talmadge Pond. Meet at the end of Midwood Road.

AUGUST 23
DeLeo Walk and Celebration
2:00 pm. Join us to see the newly acquired DeLeo property and continue on a walk through the Pisgah Brook Preserve. Meet at DeLeo property, 154 Laurel Hill Road.

SEPTEMBER 13
Festive Town Picnic at Young's Park
The entire town is invited! We'll celebrate the Land Trust's 40 years; the donation of Bob's Woods to the Land Trust by the Vlock, Pritzker and Schwartz family foundation; and as importantly, the people of Branford who have made our town a leader in land preservation. Join us for walks around the Park, a scavenger hunt, displays of children's artwork, educators with live animals, numerous other activities, and lots of good fun and food. Click here for details.
